KnifeBoy is a 2D Metroidvania game heavily inspired by Guacamelee, Axiom Verge and Dark Souls, spiced with some Light-RPG goodness and humor, set in an "Early Age Steampunk-Universe" with an unique graphical design.
KnifeBoy returns from hell to get revenge on the person who put him there to begin with.

He's a merchant that will let you know where to find treasures, power ups and other collectibles in case you are completely clueless... But hey! it comes with a price!
The idea of the game is to make sure that you can play it ANYWHERE without going online to find out what to do or where to go.
So, lets say you're on an airplane and you are trying to 100% the game, but you cant find that last collectible.
Well, if you didn't waste all your cash on Health Potions and/or Stamina Potions, you might wanna throw a few coins at Harry!
He will let give you clues about almost anything!
